Sales Verification Specialist (BPO/Call Center)
Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and professional Sales Verifiers to join our dynamic BPO team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting final verification calls to ensure customer understanding and agreement before finalizing sales. You will act as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring all interactions meet our high standards for compliance and customer service. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional English communication skills, a warm and confident speaking voice, and a deep understanding of industry-standard compliance protocols. You will be tasked with navigating complex call dispositions and strictly adhering to 'Do Not Call' (DNC) regulations to protect both the company and the consumer.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound verification calls to confirm sales details with customers. Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and Do Not Call (DNC) lists. Accurately document call outcomes using specific call dispositions in the CRM system. Maintain a warm, confident, and professional tone to ensure a positive customer experience. Identify and report potential fraudulent activities or compliance breaches during the sales process.
