What happens if I run out of credits?
On paid plans, you can enable overage billing to keep interviewing beyond your monthly allocation. Overage is billed at the end of your billing cycle. On the Free plan, usage pauses until the next cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. This keeps pricing simple and predictable.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated credits for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades preserve your current credits until the cycle ends.
What counts as one interview?
